Return period
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving the goods to apply for a return.

Return Process

2. After the customer service confirms the return request, we will send you the return address;
3. Please pack the goods properly and send them back. It is recommended to use a trackable delivery service;
4. After receiving the returned goods and checking to confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund for you.
Goods returned without prior application for return will not be accepted.
Refund
The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect your returned goods. The funds will be refunded to your original payment account. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Freight cost
• Returns caused by personal reasons (such as disliking or not being suitable) will involve the buyer's own return shipping costs;
• Returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment will have the shipping costs covered by us.
Exchange
The fastest way to exchange items is as follows: First, return the goods you already have. Once the return is accepted, purchase new items separately. If you need an urgent exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to coordinate for you.
Damaged and defective products
Please inspect the goods immediately after receiving the order. Non-returnable items
